#Would nintendo wipe out save data in a screen repair? (Or screen replacement) if so, what can I do?

Hi, I want to send my switch to nintendo because i got burn in in 2 months with normal use, so I read the warrant document today and Nintendo said they may delete save data, could it happen in a screen repair? If so, can I backup my data without nso? Because I don't want to lose my Splatoon 3 online save data

I believe you can request that Nintendo not wipe your save data when doing the repair
