I am in another server that has MEE6 as a server bot & it has a system where texts you send can net you xp and get you high on a leaderboard. I am aware about the FAQ thing stating that this server doesn't allow any other bots other than Mecha Bowser and Parakarry, but if a feature is interesting to many and we do a petition or a poll thing to add this feature, can we add it to current-existing bots?

We're happy to add additional features to our bots and welcome suggestions. However, in this case, I will say that we've deliberately avoided XP/leaderboard/ranking/level-up type things. We don't want to encourage users to spam. For example: If you get X for every Y messages sent, that would encourage spam or breaking messages into multiple short messages for the sake of inflating your message count.

Is this a solution in search of a problem though? Do we have an issue with image spam from new users? Once we define the problem we're trying to solve for, if there even is one, then we can ideate on possible solutions. There may be other/better tools for the job.

problem with these bots is they encourage spam messaging to level up, our main clout system if you can caqll it that is trophies for things that are more active member things
