#5G not appearing on my Switch

Yeah
u can access your router's settings, right?
it could be bc it's using a channel that the switch doesn't use
i had to move mine down to below 56 for the switch to detect it
This issue is quite complicated and sometime it's nearly impossible to remedied.
The Switch's Wifi is pretty wacky. And I meant that literally.
At times, it can refuse to recognize certain Wifi network at certain wavelength or even band.
There isn't a concrete way to solve it. Although I have reports from various fixes that I can't explain why did they work.
Such as go to another location and connect to their similar Wifi network (5Ghz in this case) and go back to your home, your home's 5Ghz wifi will then appear 0_o??
A more logical way to solve this is to analyze the status of your current household's Wifi network, and change the 5Ghz band a few times to see which would click.
If you don't want to go that far, then it's OK just to use 2.4Ghz.
