My switch currently can't charge. I used to use my Nintendo charger, but it stopped charging the switch and all devices used with it, so I switched to my laptop charger for my switch. It worked well for a few months but then my laptop charger stopped working on it even though it still works on all other devices. Should I buy a new charger, or get the switch repaired?
#Switch won't turn on when charged, tried power cycling but nothing is working. What should I do?

If your laptop charger works on other devices but not your switch it’s probably an issue with your switch
Are you plugging your laptop charger into the dock or directly into the port on the switch?
Also, what is the power rating on the laptop charger?
65W into the dock, I tried the direct port when it stopped working on the dock
65W into the dock, I tried the direct port when it stopped working on the dock
Do you have another charger from a pro controller or just usb c in general to verify?
Also it’s generally not recommended to plug 3rd party charges into your dock, especially ones at 65W
Well, I smell tons of misuse problem. Your old original Switch charger may have stopped working, but using the Switch with a non-standard charger without actually read the specs might create problem on the Switch's charging circuit.
