This is probably dumb to ask, but is there a way to transfer game save data to one switch to another switch without also sending the account that it came from? Because I want to play Super Mario Maker 2, but my brother has it digitally on his switch. But he doesn't play it that much anymore. So I want to try sending the save data from his switch to my switch. So if I can do it, let me know.

I think you are asking this because the save data is on your brother's account?
Save data is tied to each account, you can't transfer save data without transferring the account that created it.
But why not? You can simply login into your Switch with your brother's account to get his games and then play it on your own account.
