In the second half, the Browns had a chance to let York kicked a 50-yard field goal. He had already made three kicks. Instead, the Browns went for it on fourth down.

Which brings us to the fourth quarter of Thursday’s game. The score was 18-18. York had a chance to kick 47-yarder with 1:56 left to give the Browns a lead. He booted it ... wide right.

Wide right was how he missed the field goals from 49 and 46 yards in the first two preseason games.

But wait ... there was a flag. Philadelphia was in an illegal formation. Another chance for York.

This time, it was from 41 yards.

He booted it ... wide left. Oh, boy.

One of the reasons the Browns didn’t bring in another kicker in training camp was to show confidence in York. That strategy doesn’t appear to have worked.

Greg Maddux: 202 ERA+ from 1994-1998

Walter Johnson: 200 ERA+ from 1911-1915

Clayton Kershaw: 192 ERA+ from 2013-2017

Nolan Schanuel was seen as perhaps the most big league-ready hitter in this draft, with incredible production (.447/.615/.868 with 71 walks and 14 strikeouts in 289 PA) at FAU. But this fast a promotion exceeds the loftiest expectations. Angels doing everything they can to win.

New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham experienced a medical episode last evening, which resulted in him becoming disoriented. He was taken into custody by local authorities and transported to a local hospital for evaluation for what Dr. John Amoss believes to be a likely seizure and spent the night under medical supervision and testing. Amoss met Graham at the hospital and is overseeing his care at this time. He was released this morning and is with the team as they continue preparations for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
