All should be done after cwl, then you make sure storages are full before they actually finish, you can likely upgrade and book two of those (I recommend spitters) then farm same day for new ricochet and multi archer, you'll have a builder free, hammer the multi gear, then go ahead with your hero hall and queen upgrade before putting it down to the lab
