It gets easier once u unlock all 6 heroes. Then u can upgrade 2 at a time whilst also using heroes. But generally speaking I wouldn't delay going up a town hall if ur waiting on heroes, just go up then keep upgrading heroes normally at ur own pace. Fwa clans are good for farming ores when u don't have heroes aswell
