Posting here since its a builder base question. Is it normal to have to do a ton of attacks to get enough gold and elixir to keep upgrading things? I'm getting 16,500 gold on a 2 star, but need 300k gold for an upgrade.

Am I doing something wrong?

you could also cart away BH & elexirstorage, then a bbd angled from the ES towards AT, so it relocks to the armycamp and splashes the 3 core defenses. Copter from pedestal, and supporting with baby dragons

Guys I figured out a strategy to get 3k trophies easily without needing to upgrade your base.

I mean the actual strat was already know it was just utilized here.

Basically you get to about 2900 trophies little lower is fine too. I got to 2880 and then from then on you just spam night witch and copter, force quit and reopen as quickly as you can repeat till you reach 3k

You'll eventually end up lower but as far you hit 3k you get the gems

I can now put builder base to rest finally

Cannons can outrange a lot of defenses

It loses to mortars, X-Bow, Archer Tower and Giant Cannon so that’s where Copter will prioritize

Extra points if I have Witches alive

builderbase has such a shitty matchmaking system that if you max a low builderhall you'll be in higher trophies and just meet higher builderhalls which aren't max

so it's either be high bh and destroy everything, or be a low builderhall and be in pain

against players below top 100 i usually go with full ground traps in 1 stage (unless the base defends insane against pekkas without ground bombs) and with 2 sometimes even 5 push traps second stage bcs cannon carts are very easy to trap and often they dont know how to get the fifth star with just some minions, 1-2 babys or a pekka and a bomber + hero when their ccs got trapped

Personally speaking 5 bat witches ,I've been using at this trophies and most of my attacks are 100% ,for the next 100 ,If the defences are walled (and my bm is alive) ,I usually use bomber as extra troop ,if not walled just use a giant and spam your remaining alive witches

Most of my attacks are 200%

And I'm usually playing against bh7 or even 8
