I'm starting to lose hope for builder base. Like supercell adding the only 1 resource pack in raid shop has limited the resources even more. The daily rewards are so small that you go days without upgrades and just becomes a waste of time.

And crushers

Crushers are usually protected by high hp buildings and guard post is often placed in such a spot that if builder machine was to try and clear up an area around the crusher, the troops from guard post would lure the builder machine right into the crusher

Agreed, additionally you get more defences and have a better chance of winning defence to push your trophies higher and get better loot rewards to upgrade faster. BB take so long because loot is hard to come by. You can increase your chances of getting loot by 1) having more buildings and therefore each building is less % and 2) more defences.

Anyone that says rushing BB is bad doesn't understand the game dynamic and will be stuck at 2k trophies 4LYF.

Once you get your Tesla spend all your gold on it. Get your OTTO hut as soon as you can to unlock your 6th builder in main to make life a little easier. Spending Elixir will come down to personal choice but you need your cannon carts at 18 and BM at 30. If your Cannon Carts are low I would say upgrade BBD to LVL 12 before you start the push on either of them. You can sit around 3k trophies using mass BBD (LVL 12) for loot. Cannon Carts while strong need support troops to be effective. Don't waste gold upgrading walls.

TL;DR: Spend all gold on Mega Tesla, upgrade a strong single troop army first before Cannon Carts/BM to push trophies higher and win more loot.

and my cc take out the defenses

and my bm helps support the giant and break in the base to get the bh

most of the times i can get a 2-3 star

Ima go describe my base

You see, I have three archer towers. One on the right side, the other on the left, and the finale one in the middle.
I places two fireworks on both of the bottom of my base so it'll cover all the space for it to attack any air troops and the only blind spot it has for air troops by both archer and fire work is a 3x3 space on the top left. I also placed the air bombs so it'll be the backup if the middle archer tower is broken. As you can see on my base, I set up an double cannon by the mortar because mortars can't hit enemies that are near it so that's why I've placed it

I made an odd number of walls for the length and even for the sides so therefore it'll be, how do you say "more organized". I've put walls inside of my base because will go the space inside of my base which is surrounded by traps so when they see my walls being reinforced they'll just put their troops in the space.I put the storages on the top, same thing for the collectors so it'll be organized. Same thing goes for the army camps and the barracks

the one reason why rushed people's defense seems bad is because at the same time their offense is so much better than non rushed people that they can go way higher in trophies, where they face people with stronger offense that can then shred their low level base. But in reality, if you compare in terms of total gold spent (which is the one important unit to compare), the rusher has the better defense
