Today I'm very happy to tell that i achieved my goal of unlocking the Otto As a TownHall11 I'm a really STRATEGIC player I've committed a month ago that man i will unlock this before this year at any cost ends (im playing this game since February 2022) i haven't made any purchase ingame rather then this scenery all F2P but very Strategic. Thanks to my strategy was it was so precise i got it really early and perfectly timed with clan games and upgradation of my battle machine to 28->29 than i booked the hero 😊🎉🎉🥰

That design just means the war base design hasn’t been updated since they were th6. Visit the home base and they will likely have all the buildings, here is an interesting example among my opponents. They haven’t updated their war base since th4 but do have a fairly unique base as a th8 with no king.
