Preferably 9 o clock for RCC. do a long charge as possible and take out the monolith, carry 2-3 totems in CC. then from 6 o clock place queen with giant arrow to knockout one of the sweepers facing in your direction then place king towards 9 o clock side to get clear some of the trash left behind by champion. Place hydra inbetween them. Use stone slammer as siege machine with two dragon riders in CC. heroes are King, Queen, warden & champion. Pets are Frosty, Unicorn, Diggy/owl, Pheonix. Carry 1 poison atleast to deal with cc.

offense has definitely gotten powercrept in the lower THs as new content gets released in the game. back in the day a TH8 could be real menace to fight against

depends on what you notice you fight more often. if you notice a lot of your defenses are against wall breakers then it might be worth it. having your bombs inside is better against hogs tho

but i bet 90% of your defenses as you climb ranked will be zap dragons up until TH12-13 where it falls off, so focus on that
