You can 1 star the TH15 just by picking off the trash buildings around the base. You can 3 star the TH11 with dragons. You can snipe both sweepers and 2 air defenses with Giant Arrow. The other 2 can be taken out with 1 earthquake and 6 lightning spells.

Should I upgrade my lab dude, I forgot his name but he makes lab upgrades significantly faster for leveling up troops

Besides, for this town hall, I have to go through probably a full month on maxing out all troops

Depends on your playstyle. Some people don't care about maxxing all their research out. If you are a maxxer then yes you should upgrade the lab assistant. Max level lab assistant effectively reduces research by 33%

for TH11 it takes 3 lightning spells to destory an AD. Instead of that you can use 2 lighning spells and 1 earthquake to destroy an AD and do more damage to surrounding buildings. And if you have multiple ADs close enough you can even save on spells

not good
they waste a lot of walls to protect a single defence and that defence ends up being badly integrated with the rest of your defences

island is a big wall compartment protecting and isolating a single defence (your top and bottom inferno towers for example)

aim for placing your important things apart (inferno towers, eagle and th) so that there is no direction which gives access to more of them at the same time, avoid placing them together like with your eagle+inferno
use storages sparingly where you need troops to take extra time, usually throughout the base... basic things..
