The only thing I would say is that ur inferno compartment, inferno towers can't be touched without breaking into walls from the south side. Think it this way, you need to force enemies to break into walls to delay time. Most of your compartments don't even need to broke into.

@lofty lotus here's a basic anti queen walk base building idea. You try to keep that 5 tiles margin between ur main defenses so that queen cannot destroy them without breaking into the compartment

Here's another idea of using dead space in ur base, notice how the spacing is 5 tiles. So if the queen is in scattershot compartment it wouldn't hit the inferno and if it's in inferno compartment it wouldn't hit the scattershot. The dead space here would stop troops to chain into the base. For example if enemy troops are in scattershot compartment, they will not go towards middle (inferno compartment) because of the dead space and rather go into left or right compartment.

what kind of strategies will be good after the sw and druid buffs? I want a strategy with the druids cuz I think they'll be op on the buff release

I was thinking of SW and druid strategy, but I feel like the dmg output would be slow for the lifespan of the druids, but idk. Maybe mixing rage spells and rage gem will help.
Was also thinking of other strats like valks and pekkas with heroic torch and druids or something..

(I mean cmon, they are faster than healers, they are ground units, and they jump over walls, their like better healers, downside was their lifespan. But now they have stronger heals (especially good on heroes) and longer lifespan)

I have these for heroes, I use rage vial + earthquake boots for bk, magic mirror + giant arrow for aq and dark orb + metal pants for mp. For hero levels, My heros as of rn are bk at lvl 26 coming on to 27, aq at 21 coming up on 22 and mp lvl 15 coming on to lvl 16 and im jus now going onto th11 cuz I have like 90% of the upgrades done for th10.

Fine for fighting or should I go farm a bit more or full on farming for weeks, Any suggestions also?

your army upgrades, especially heroes and equipment are the most important part of all
