But i just like having 2 more than the rage, the rage is nice but with 2 i can control the pathing or completely block high damage areas for the whole attack until the end and then destroy that with my whole army left

But maybe its personal preference cause i know a few people who also use 2 OG in legends league (although im not legends league at all)

you can try minion prince instead of the king then and maybe an earthquake spell instead of an invis. The earthquake spell can be used to either extend the value of the rocket spear or activate the th weapon so the rc can path to it

wall levels do not really matter unless you care about the aesthetics. Hero levels do matter but I wouldnt have several builders not working just for heroes. So I would recommend you to go to th16 after all your traps are done and put some serious work in upgrading the king, queen, and mp.
