Since you're doing broom witches you need to prioritise taking out the wiz towers with the RC charge as well

That way you don't lose power from your main army trying to clear wiz towers

You are investing majority of your spells in the RC charge

So you need to take down at least 2 wiz towers along with it

You sacrificed a few broom witches trying to take care of wiz towers

RC got good value with the townhall but targets like monolith and townhall aren't that much of a threat for broom witches

It can tank for your healers with the henchmen puppet

The dark orb slows down a big part of the base

And the dark orb can also trigger invis cores if you somehow missed it with the giant arrow or skelly donut trick

And he has more DPS compared to the king

And can target air as well, so for bases using superdrag ccs (highly unlikely except for this event) he can take care of the CC better

Its good for LL but I found it a bit difficult against double rage cores, so far the double OG version with the king (Spiky ball + Snake bracelet) is the most consistent imo
