1. All 5 builders
2. Meta epic equipments
3. Helpers. Researcher on level 1, builder to 8 so you can skip upgrades finishing in the night, then researcher up in levels: and end on granny if you feel the need ( = are in legends)
4. Other things

do not spend a single gem on something lower down on the list if you don't have the above number finished
