Because now ur kinda faced with a decision imo.
The faster u max out your heroes the faster u can start to attack maxed bases. So i would really reccomend putting 4-5 builders on your heroes constantly at th17 once u finish up the important offense upgrades.

Imo, focus on your offense. Clan castle, Army camps, lab, hero hall, black smith, etc. but i could be wrong to view that as top priority.
Make sure to also get someones elses opinion to see what ur gonna focus on.

Honestly the main thing I would say is to target less high DPS defenses, avoid ricochet cannons/multi archers, infernos. Mainly try and clear a corner of the base then charge in with the remaining army after fireball

Realistically its the best way to progress fast but most people like to enjoy the game on each th level and take their time
No fr rushing to 17 is the best way if you want to like become maxed as fast as possible. Zero reason to stay at lower townhalls
