If you're asking whether the layout is good, it's not

First and foremost, you generally want to make crucial defenses unreachable by the queen from whatever compartment she's in (especially if it's from outside the base) as seen on the graphic below

Besides that, there's the matter of even distribution of dps

Your hero placements are bad, and you shouldn't use a defending warden cuz of low health and dps
