depends on the strat you want to use, you could revive it but then your army needs to make sure the spot she will revive is cleared so she doesn't get intant killed again.
If you recall her you could use her to help clear another side of the base, which in some cases is better/really usefull

your plan will work, the only thing you need to pay attention to on that layout is the invis towers, otherwise anything will ruin it

you want your xbows and infernos to be unwalkable
you can also make the inferno comps empty (fill in with walls to avoid being able to drop troops inside) to avoid troops funneling into it
in general, you want to give your infernos and xbows as much time to deal damage as possible
