sgobs are way superior to normal attacks

in terms of farming

for pushing

the most optimal is doing normal attack every 10 mins and 2 sgobs attacks
so its 15-30 + 2-10 + 2-10 = 19-50 every 10 mins

thats 114-300+ in 1 hour
