I’m pretty sure Clan Capital’s main goal is to bring both ‘sweats’ and ‘casuals’ together as you fight as a whole clan using the same offense and defense, regardless of levels. Supercell’s implementation of a Capital raid FC cooldown makes sense in order to prevent players from pinpointing base deficiencies. Maybe not 100% guaranteed, but it slows em down.

If your part of a clan you are auto opted in to the capital, leaders will expect donations, some expect builders to be used and all expect all 5 or 6 attacks to be used. Here is the problem not everyone can log on daily, not everyone is a max 14 and not everyone is available weekends, some go camping etc… touch grass… So you will be kicked as dead weight over and over again… clanless forever, making you even more reluctant to donate and then kicked even more. The game evolves around clans when you cannot join because you touch grass… so you quit.

I don’t think you quite understand my point here. Obviously, every clan is different; therefore, there are clans out there that do not heavily enforce participation. No reason to not play it? Then they can simply just chill and build up slowly, or play casually. Who said all clans must participate in this to the point where they are sucked in? Who said Clan Capital is the pinnacle reason as to why players are clan-less?

I personally don’t see an issue with how this game mode works, let alone opening another avenue of options for more players to gain rewards.

If the nature of this game mode indicates such mandatory participation, then how is it any different from another game mode, let’s say, clan games or CWL? Both incentivizes clan participation. How is this any different?

Your original message was an issue about a cooldown timer for Clan Capital FCs. Not sure what your main point is considering it’s just a game mode with optional participation, again depending on the clan. Clan A might take CWL more seriously, but are laid back in wars. Clan B might take Clan Capital more seriously, but are laid back in CWL. Just because Clan Capital exists doesn’t mean every clan will instantaneously boot a member just because they don’t partake in CC.

Uhh. There is also no reason to make Clan Capital a pinnacle objective in your clan. This is still just the beginning phase. Surely you’d understand that the beginning level doesn’t grant great rewards right away.

Again, not sure why you think there is a reason for clans to make it their sole objective. There isn’t even a leaderboard aspect to it, which I’d assume will incentivize more clans to take part in it. My other clan is very chill with Clan Capital - not taking it seriously. You will eventually find a home that best suits you, whether they are laid back in CWL, or laid back in CC, etc. That’s a bold assumption which I’d say is false (i.e CWL is out for nearly 4 years now, yet some clans like it, while others don’t; ergo, some clans still do not require mandatory participation).

Your point doesn’t add up to what you are claiming.

I’m not sure why you think Clan Capital is such a big deal to the point where there are more cons than pros.
