@restive inlet These pictures were taken through the 20" telescope with some additional hardware. We have this piece of equipment called an image intensifier which basically takes the light coming into the eye piece from the telescope and magnifies it. In addition we have a hydrogen alpha filter which makes nebulae really pop. Here are some pics my friend took using this equipment on here IPhone 20.
