Builder's Huts are worse Archer Towers with a repair mode. They're absolutely not worth prioritizing over offensive buildings, or something like Eagle, Inferno, Scatter or Monolith.

If you've already rushed to TH14, I'd just go to 15 and clean up from there, as you don't get many significant offensive upgrades at TH14 itself, and TH15 gets you more significant offensive upgrades (Camps and Root Riders, as well as the current meta Pets), and defensive upgrades that can dissuade low TH attacks in the form of Monolith.

It's not really much harder because things like Snoblins don't really care about them. If their invisibility wears off, they die anyways, and farming with full armies is not worth the training time, level investment and greater effort, even less so because of those defenses.

And in War, once you get your troop and Hero levels up a bit, you can destroy enemy TH14s, which is very valuable.

If they kicked you for that, they're a bad Clan. I'd max your BArch, Wall, Breakers, then Rage, Freeze, Dragons, Loons, unlock and max Dragon Riders, and work on the rest of the troops.

I wouldn't Book Giga Inferno 5 at all, though.

Using that Book on TH14 level offensive upgrades is far more crucial.

Don't leave one handy for Walls, especially when rushed. You need them for your offensive buildings; use Walls as a resource sink in-between upgrades. You'll want to upgrade your rushed Heroes as often as possible to get them into top shape as soon as possible, which involves keeping 3 or 4 of them down at all times.
