or, at most, make a pillar or something go to the top of the hall, so that theres a “stable foundation” for the halltillery

you could say the barrel of the eagle artillery is tall, the building itself is the size of a town hall, and if it is from the top (where we see it) to the ground, thats already very tall, which is probably needed to launch it that high and cause that much damage
