Martial arts. Countless research papers show martial arts is THE number one activity for ADHD.

Your brain has two "features" TPF and DMN. TPF is responsible for keeping on task. DMN is for relaxation or creative modes. Neurotypical individuals can shift between them with no issue. ADHD people cannot. You're stuck in both at full throttle.

But physical activity can activate the TPF mode. And martial arts is THE best for that while remaining focused.

Really? The cost of travel and lodging alone keeps it out of the reach of most. Then FIFA sets prices that few can afford, to ensure the few who can travel and obtain lodging won't be able to attend.
