Also, if you are a card counter, this uses a 6-deck shoe, and doesn't replace the shoe from round-to-round until the number of cards dips below 78 cards. So you can theoretically try to do that, although it is more effort that I'm willing to put into a distraction.

The game flow

Place a bet.
Receive two cards.
Both of the player's cards are dealt face up, while the dealer receives one card face up and one face down.

Check for blackjack.

If a player has an Ace and a 10-value card, they have a natural blackjack, which usually wins unless the dealer also has one.

Player's turn.

The player decides to either "hit" (take another card) or "stand" (keep their current hand).
- If a player hits and exceeds 21, they "bust" and automatically lose.
- Players can continue to hit until they stand or bust.

Dealer's turn.

After all players have finished, the dealer reveals their face-down card. The dealer must hit until their hand is a total of 17 or more.
- Determine the winner.
- If the player has a higher hand than the dealer without busting, the player wins.
- If the dealer busts, any players who did not bust win.
- If the player's hand is equal to the dealer's, it's a "push" or tie, and the bet is returned.
- If the player's hand is lower than the dealer's, the player loses.

Blackjack Rules (Standard Version)

Objective:
Get a hand value as close to 21 as possible without going over (busting). Beat the dealer’s hand to win.

Card Values:

Number cards (2–10): Face value.
Face cards (J, Q, K): 10 points.
Ace: 1 or 11 points (what's best for player).

Gameplay:

Initial Deal:
(a) Each player gets 2 cards (usually face up).
(b) Dealer gets 2 cards (typically 1 face up, 1 face down).
Player’s Turn:
You can:
