I see the problem, play more. 10 hours will not let you climb unless you are in the top 500/cracked/underdog. Everyone in Diamond and above is typically like 50+ hours every season.

the thing that makes ranking up so difficult is that we are only two people, we cant play every role.. we were able to carry earlier this season and in past seasons in higher ranked lobbies but with our current rank being so low our team has no coordination and ive been stuck on support 😢 but i see what you mean, maybe we would rank up if we played more

Sadly in some cases it will take a lot more time, the problem is some games you can do everything perfect and still win, it also likely doesn't help that gold is prime rank for many smurfs to mess around with new characters and still win, so overall if your duo is a dps, find the most optimal support to enable them, for instance if they are a dive character like bp, magik etc use mantis, if they are a psylocke use luna, etc
These small changes or tweaks can really help, but if your both supports it can be rough because as a support there is only so much you can do if your dps are horrible. (sorry for the yap but thats just my opinion)
