I'm looking for some troubleshooting advice on my Iwata HPCS eclipse. I've had some weird pressure loss and only getting 10psi with the nozzle head on. #1 and #2 on the diagram.
What I've done so far is confirm that when 1&2 are off I get full pressure. But when they're on low pressure and only 10psi. I've applied beeswax and still no luck. I even replaced the nozzle #4 thinking it may be that but brand new nozzle still low pressure

Is the pressure low at your compressor reading (meaning leak somewhere) or is it the flow of air out of your nozzle (meaning blockage)? Not sure how you measure those 10psi

Hey thanks for the reply. It's low out of the nozzle head. I'm measuring this because when not broken the psi reading on my compressed typically goes from 30-10psi meaning a 20psi difference but now for some reason it's going from 30-20/25
And objectively the pressure is much lower by feel

I'd say you may have some paint residues hiding somewhere. Have you tried soaking 1 and 2 in 50% isopropanol ?
Then getting an old brush to dig in every corners

I've not in IPA but used Vallejo airbrush cleaner.
No backflush but with 1&2 on no paint goes through
