If you have a mini you think would like divine in shades of purple, this is the PAL for you!

Your final mini must be at least 50% purple.

STANDARD HOUSEKEEPING RULES :

You may prep your mini, this includes, gap fill, assemble, purchase and prime ahead of time. Paint should only be applied during the time-frame of the PAL.

Anyone can join in on the fun. Just share your mini first and paint within the time frame. Request your points in the point request channel by following the pinned post on how to ask for points.

You can't submit the same mini for multiple PALs or other multiple events. And units minis can't be split among the different PALS if they are identical .

Have fun and be nice to each other. Share some wips and some laughs.

Looks good overall, but personally not a fan of the eye colour. It blends too much with the purple around it due to the large blue overlap. I would go with something much more contrasting like an orange/yellow

it's the difference of what looks good on the table vs. reality. In reality, a blend is more realistic but it does not look as good on a table where you want high-contrasts to highlight different bits

He's the second one of that model I've done, and I undercoated most of the body with a red purple that I kindof preferred, but I felt it was awful close to being under the 50% with just his head/tail/spine/belly being purple, and I'm not particularly displeased with the final result. I think the first one I did in a more traditional brown
