Need help to paint NMM gold

I’ve been trying to paint NMM gold and I think it’s pretty alright but I don’t think it really looks gold. Can I get some advice?

Dude it’s a solid start. Just gotta paint more.

Here’s a before and after where I sketched the legs.

I added a warm yellow midtone between your highlight and shadow. Then some orange bounces. Doesn’t have to be orange, just something to create variation and a sense of environment.

Then all you need is add some random scattered reflections to really sell it as shiny. And make sure all edges are highlighted.

Keep pushing, this is the right direction.
