I don't have a credit card and live in a country currently in a tarif war so online shopping is completely off the table for me. Does anybody know what stores actually stock this stuff?
I got some molds made for polymer clay but i'm not sure that its stiff ennough for miliputt.

People can’t read your mind, and the US is engaged in a tariff war with multiple countries right now.
Canada is also massive so telling you that a store in PEI carries it and you live in BC but you can’t online shop means that’s off the table.
You’re going to have to either be more specific for us to be able to help you, or you google stores in your area and ask them directly.

If I told you I lived in NY (I do - see my profile), do you honestly think you or any of the 4channers could find me based on that information? I could be VPN'ing from Timbuktu and you wouldn't know it. I applaud your enthusiasm though. Better to be safe than sorry. In any case, yes, stores stock this stuff.
