Some putty will help (milliput, green stuff, any bicomponent epossidic glue epoxy that can be sanded)
Even some Cyanoacrylate glue with baking soda can work, but can be messy if you are not familiar with that.
You basically put baking soda in the gap you want to fill, and carefully put glue on it.
It hardens quite immediately like a rock, and you can smooth and paint it

That’s the worst fit I’ve seen on a Warhammer model. You’re certain these are the correct part numbers?
It’s normal to require some gap filling.
Sometimes you have a small gap and you can get away with using a little extra cement and squeezing the parts hard together, so a little plastic come out. Leave it to dry and remove the excess.
In more severe cases Milliput or Green Stuff may be required. That would be the case in your example.
Okay thx. Yes sadly they are the right parts XD
Do you by any chance have tamiya extra thin cement? If you do, you can melt a bit of sprue with the cement, and fill that gap with a toothpick or something. It's called sprue goo.
It's by far and away not a perfect tool, but on short notice, it's a decent quick fix
If they’re push fit then trim some of the pegs.
Actually sorry I just looked and I don’t understand what model this is supposed to be from Leviathan. That’s pretty clearly a Termagaunt tail, but the main body doesn’t have the ridged spikes that match the tail - are you certain these are the correct pieces you are supposed to be fitting together?
The only smooth plated backs look like they’re on the Ripper Swarms, and maybe some of the larger models like the leapers or hive tyrant.
Is there any chance at all that these are recasts? The material surface even looks kinda wrong to me.
I think you’re on the right track here.
@stiff reef did you buy these from a legitimate store?
Was not my post, as you can see don't know why it's deleted.
the initial one was from @stray lantern, he only can answer that 😅
