Hi everyone, I bought this Tai Lung action figure in a supermarket for some money but it has some obvious painting errors, could anyone give me some advice on how to fix it? Especially in the eyebrow part, I've never painted an action figure, it is not important that it is perfect but at least well colored.

overpaint the black where it shouldn't be with matching colours then paint the black line. Matching the colours so they won't stand out might be difficult.
It doesn't matter that you can see the difference between the color tones, what kind of paints and brush can I use?
water based acrylics are most popular paints for miniatures.
Ok perfect, what about a brush instead?
For starting out a few different sized synthetic brushes should be ok. Brush set is maybe a good idea
Depends where you live, whats available to you and what your budget is.
Perfect, thank you very much, I actually didn't want to spend a lot, also because it's not an original figure painted well.
no problem and totally fine not wanting to spend much.
So I get some colors and brushes and proceed, I hope I can fix it because it's unwatchable like this
pretty much, yes. Also might worth checking out some starting guides on youtube.
I'm sure you've already ruled this out, but I'll ask anyway: you can't return this one and buy another from the same supermarket?
If I could I would have done it but they don't sell them anymore and they don't take them back because they are sold in a closed box, on the sachet you only see the print and not the contents
So either I try to fix it or I keep it like this, even if I don't like it much
Ah yeah, that's unfortunate.
Yes, that is, in the end I paid 5 euros for it, it's not even a problem of money but I'm sorry because I really wanted to, having been very fond of the saga since I was a child
You might be able to remove parts of the misprinted eyebrow with isopropyl on a fine q-tip. Then you wouldn't have to color-match the grey, since that looks to be the bare plastic.
