Gory/Diseased model suggestions? | minipainting | Page 1

Looking to practice my gore and general nasty-lookin' paint skills and am hoping that some folks have models they particularly like. STL files generally preferred but i'm open to really killer minis i can only buy outright. The nastier-lookin, the better! wanting to practice death guard-type painting on non-GW models since they're out of my budget at the minute

There’s some gnarly stuff from Bestiarium on MMF. A lot of it is Souls-inspired so some freaky scults

this is a little too broad unfortunately... a lot of zombies i see are not particularly gory or diseased actually lol. looking for pustules and plagues and poxes and BIIIG wounds and open flesh, not really shambly kinda-decayed guys!

maybe it's my fault for not being more descriptive, but the zombies on the left are not anywhere close to the sort of diseased or gorey that i'm thinking of- the other two models included. If you have zombie models that are more realistic i'd love to see them! unfortunately GW zombies, like most zombies imo, read as very cartoony to me. but i'm in vet med and epidemiology so my standard for "this looks diseased" is maybe a bit higher than the norm
