Nice game of thrones: winter edition effects
Give ur spraying conditions to help ppl figure it out . Humidity distance #of passes.
I live in singapore so the humidity is high
No of passes a lot
Something like that might take 3 passes max max from 11" to 8" away and always test out the spray quality on some cardboard. If it's sticky humid out it can mess up a spray.it can also cause the paint to dry before hitting the part in high heat or below 50f and being too far away
The humidity is currently 75%
That's like perfect painting weather
Kinda looks like the can was frozen but seems unlikely where u are
Is there not something wrong with the primer though?
I've never had this issue with citadel
Maybe shaking more it should rattle real easy and feel fluid if that's not it then it's could likely be operator error.
Shake till ur arms going to fall off then switch hands and the try again with some cardboard
That's what I did
I shook it as hard as I possibly could
Besides the instructions state that you only need to shake for 30 seconds
The positive side of it is that is a freaking cool effect for some armies tho ๐
Thankfully it's 3d printed so it isn't a big deal
Here's what can happen.
-
This is the kind of stuff that happens with months of spray build up, so I'm not sure how you'd get this in one spray session.
-
Was this a resin print? Was it fully cleaned properly?
-
Try again on a piece of cardboard, keep the primer and cardboard inside and then take it out and prime the cardboard.
-
Spray closer to the model, like 3-5 inches, spray and hold off of the cardboard, then drag the spray across the cardboard.
-
Spray "wet" you want the paint to glisten on the surface and look wet, and then you bring it inside and let it dry.
Do that, come back and share a photo of it dry
I think its because the product that the shopkeeper sold me was old
