Making More militarized Guardsmen

I’m interested in making “Reasonable Guardsmen” which are basically just reasonable space marines but normal humans, what are some things i could kitbash with astra militarum to get a modern US-military look combined with the 40k aesthetic? (The art below is just for examples of what reasonable marines look like)

I think all you need is either ghillie suits or cloaks, but most the models with those are too small
