I'm trying to figure out what the AP versions of the following Vallejo paints are: Stone Grey, Flat Brown, Beige Brown, Olive Drab, Oily Metal. Anyone have a clue?

Going and doing a direct comparison in store is probably the best way to see them. Any reason you want the army painter ones in particular? Just getting the vallejo paints would give you nicer paints to use.

I just generally prefer AP to Vallejo. Their Game Color stuff is/was super thick.

Vallejo - AP
Stone grey - Castle grey, stone golem, maybe field grey... leaning towards castle grey
Flat brown - Dirt splatter, maybe oak brown
Beige brown - Monster brown, mayyyybe leather brown
Olive drab - Maybe venom wyrm? maybe crypt wraith or cultist robe?
Oily metal - this one is metallic right? closest i'd say is probably gun metal
this is purely going off of pictures online, you'll want to probably compare things in person

If you like thin paint I would strongly recommend AK 3rd gen paints over AP.
The old AP are a nightmare to work with.
That said Army Painter have reformulated them and the new line will start to be available sometime this year, early this year, I've read but no official information as when exactly
