I have been working on NMM this week and I need feedback. This is what I did tonight (11-17-2023). Going for brass

I can never tell the difference between brass and gold but that certainly reads as either one of them

Good start! I'd push the white highlights a bit more, although the basecoat of yellow makes that a bit harder than usual.

right the lack of midtone on that one robs it of shape definition

Ok, so the feedback i got last night was that i pushed the white too much and spoiled it
