99% isopropyl alcohol

Put the mini in the isopropyl
Let it soak overnight
Scrub with a toothbrush
Rinse and repeat fully stripped
Usually takes 2-4 depending on how detailed and how many recesses

Anyways if the model looks like that then yes it’s working. What I find it usually in the first soak all the paint you used comes off in a thin sheet leaving the model looking like it was primed, then the second gets most or all of it off, and third and fourth finish it off
