My first ever mini, the Dankhold Troggoth!

Howdy! I’m new to mini painting, and I wanted to post this here to get feedback about what I could be doing differently, what looks good vs. not, and whatever else may help for general improvements on future minis! I hope you like him, I think he turned out pretty well, and I liked how I cut the hammer and inlayed the citrine chips to make it geode-like. And used moss I had foraged on the job to accent the base and hammer. But anyways, thanks for any advice!

I almost forgot to comment on this

I love the color choices you made and the added moss.

Now the one comment I could say is it could be helpful to add in a bit of shadowed areas / darker colors to help separate the mini and balance it a bit, (you don't have to use black I would suggest maybe a dark violet, or a navy blue 🙂

I'm not sure if his eyes are painted or not, but it does look cool.
