Turtle van

Would be cool in multiplayer there was a mission where you drive the turtle van and chase around foot ninjas in cars to put them to a stop and defeat them by throwing ninja stars at their tires to stop them and they get out the car to fight us which would be fun tbh or maybe with a skateboard instead
