Allow open World turrets (solo only)

I think openworld turrets should at least be allowed for OSDs, because otherwise it's just annoying when someone wants to farm you and you cant do anything alone

Yes, it makes sense, but I would find it fair, at least for the solo server.
When you are alone, pocket turrets and so on are very important.

Would enjoy turrets for osds and veins to be honest, there isn‘t pvp at all if the guy that runs the osds uses a carcha on solo
