Possibly a mod to reduce cryo cooldown but instead of permanently it could be like the crafting Potion? It's just frustrating having to move a ton of dinos but it takes 30 mins with CD when it could take like 2-5 mins with no CD.

Just use a tek transmitter at that point and download at an ob
