I tried binding fullbright to capslock and it just doesnt work. Other keys dont seem to have that problem

It works for me, seems like a skill issue on your part 🤔
Just paste this in your console bind capslock "toggle mat_fullbright" bet it will get the job done

I dont see how the keybinds UI not working is a skill issue
