do u mean sdk 2013 or 0.6.2 without sdr, if 0.6.2 then yes i have

Framerate varies depending on the map you are playing as they could be pretty open and have more stuff rendering at once. Type vprof; +showbudget it should pop a window with a graph describing what the game is spending time on
I don't know if there's anything else in 0.6.2 that could cause lower performance, like it being a dev build or something. We no longer support that version and likely nothing we can do to solve bugs from those older versions

i tired r_3dsky 0 and mat_specular 0, after mat_specular 0 my fps did improve but now i have half of my screen covered in pixels
do you think i should reninstall it or something? cuz i played 0.6.2 with a much worse spec laptop and it ran better like 2 years ago
i have source sdk 2013 multiplayer installed only from steam, do i need others aswell like source sdk 2013 dedicated server and source sdk 2013 single player
How do the pixels look? Because that sounds like a graphics card issue.
You only need SDK 2013 MP

i did a stress test on source sdk 2013, 1st result gave me 192fps avg on 4:3 1024x768, 2nd result with r_3dsky 0 and mat_specular 0 gave me an avg fps of 208fps

heck, i tried mat_specular and r_3dsky 0 3-4 timew to get the screenshot but its not happening now
@mellow gull i reinstalled 0.6.2 and sdk source 2013 and idk what fixed it but it worked im getting the fps i used to
