A key that can remove muzzle handcuff ball chain, an item that u need to purchase before being handcuff
BLINDFOLD IDEA
You're able to put the blindfold on another player or yourself. Players with a blindfold on have very limited to no sight for 25-35 seconds.
Blindfold is a handicap item such as the muzzle, handcuffs and ball&chain.

EAR MUFFLES IDEA
You are able to put ear plugs on another player or yourself. Players with earplugs can't hear or see who's talking (by the microphone icon) for 30-40 seconds. It's great to say stuff or suspect players. Why would one ignore me when I talk to them?
Getting ear plugs should not be mentioned with a timer unlike other items suck as the tracker or handcuffs.
Ear plugs are a handicap item such as the muzzle, handcuffs and ball&chain.

BLOOD SPELL - IDEA
With Blood Spell, you can sacrifice the blood of two players who are near each other. This can be you and another player or two different players.
Players who have been selected are bound by blood for 60 seconds. These player's have a blood line connected to each other and can't be apart from each other. (5 meters max or something?)
The first player to receive a spell, is the lead. If he runs towards A and the other runs towards B, the runner towards A will be the one getting the say.
Optional: What one players receives, the other gets as well. Such as being tracked, downed, handcuffed.
The bound breaks when one gets banished, transforms, gets grabbed or gets bound to another player.

STICKY NOTE - IDEA
With Sticky note, you can write something. (60 letters) and hand it out to 2 players.
This players gets the note for about 15 seconds stuck on their screen.
After handing out one note, you can always adjust your text before handing it to the second player.
The note can be the same color as the chalk board color OR you see the name of the player/character who gave it. Being masked does not change it.
This way players can communicate without talking.

New Item: Reality Stabilizer from @grim rune
We know that the infected players can activate a lot of Weak Points and summon the In-Between quite fast. So here we have a new item to counter this!
You can get the Reality Stabilizer in the Peddler's Shop.
This item has 1 use only.
When a Weak Point is activated, go near it and use the Reality Stabilizer on the Activated Weak Point, placing the item on the Weak Point.
The Weak Point is going to be deactivated, it will also remove 20% of the In-Between summoning progress. When a Weak Point is being affected by a Reality Stabilizer, the infected players wont be able to activate it for 60 Seconds. After those 60 Seconds the Reality Stabilizer turns off and you can see the item break and fall to the ground.
New Item: RC Car
A small rc car that can be controlled and has a video camera. While controlling the rc car the whole screen will be covered by the rc screen and the user will not be able to talk or hear anything around them. The car’s camera will be permanently available to be viewed but it will have to charge up over time to move. It is also destroyable by any three punches or two gunshots or two knuckle dusters. Lastly while in the in between the car can be self-destructed as a flash stun.

Item Idea (anti-syringe/ Anti-sanity syringe): A syringe that drains sanity. This Item could look identical to the normal syringe in the game while a player holds it (but not in the item menu). It would drain sanity over time maybe every 2-3/sec.

Item looking the same could cause more speculation about if a player is truly innocent if they are holding a "syringe" because it could be a good or bad one.

Item Hider
A possible item that could be implemented to allow for counterplays against this strategy would be an "item hider" that allows the player to display different items than the ones they truly hold.
Two soul items
People can be like oh they do not have an item because they are saving up
Would be cool to the gameplay and play style to save up items for a stronger item
Tripwire:
An item that can be placed by anyone close to the walls and is at foot level, that slows downs the terror for a few seconds.
Can also be shot by the pistol if its seen and can only affect the Terrors.
Throwing Knifes:
a new item that has 5 uses and upon throw if hit the target deals 25 dmg and slows them downs 20% for 0.5sec
It has no effect against terrors
Lockpick:
The Lockpick can't be used on yourself when it comes to the Handcuffs it can only be used on other people but it lets you remove the Ball and chain by yourself.
It does not let you remove the Muzzle.
This will balance the handcuff a bit since its quiet broken atm
Bear Trap (physical damage trap)
a separate trap that does physical damage as well, a bear trap you could set would be good. Also would slow down anyone caught in it.
Bolt Action Hunting Rifle
1 shot any range unless armor (though best for medium/long range), long reload time, only 1-3 ammo, low accuracy if hip fired.

The lethal is the most tricky one, but I think it could work as some sort of poison, where you inject someone with it and it slowly hurts them over time. It goes away once the inflicted person is downed, but could act as a last resort where you know you are going to go down and you wanna take someone with you.

Armor could still fit in Deceit 2, but maybe instead of being bulletproof armor it is some simple padding that protects you from a % of damage every hit, and breaks when you get downed. Could be less effective against guns and knuckle dusters, but more effective against simple punches.
Antidote from @deft moon
A new form of antidote could be a medicine of some kind that, instead of curing the infection in executed players, could act as a remedy that cures the mind, granting you a higher amount of max sanity to allow you to survive more terror encounters. This is quite similar to the sanity serum though. They could perhaps be one in-the-same, like a variant of the sanity serum would be this new antidote?
What about an item that allows you to speak with the dead, maybe you have to buy it and select the person you gonna talk to before they die, so it's not op, like the person you select is the only one you can talk to 
This would be an item for infected to use. when used on a player, it will plague them. There would be a visual indication and coughing or vomitting like dead by daylight. The plague can be spread if a plagued person is close enough to someone else for a certain period of time. Both people would see a plague meter indicating that you are nearing sickness. Once plagued, sanity will drain as well as health. It will last until an in-between night is over. The idea behind this is to add a counter play to innocents grouping during the in between.
ITEM: Soul Releaser
Only buyable when it’s the third or fourth item. Only one person can buy. (Like the key)
Can check a banished player. ‘Let’s you release their suffering soul’ in exchange for their role information. Only the one with the item will know.
Item: Pickpocket from @astral plover
This item can be a small bag or something that lets you steal one item of another player at any time randomly, it can cost 2 souls instead of 1 and is more as a special item.
This might be a great addition to involve new metas and try to steal something the other players has might be for your own benefit or for that specific player being a suspicious.
**Item: Test Kit DNA Sampling **
The item can be called "Test Kit" or something, but the premise is that you run to someone, stab them with it (deals minor damage) and then you get a syringe with their blood. You run back to Inspection Station and put the item with their blood in the testing machine, and after some time it tells you if they are Innocent or Infected.
Item: Hacking Tamper
An electronic device that helps you remotely tamper "Cameras" for a specific time frame of 5-10 seconds with a cooldown and also lets you tamper peddler shops for a specific time aswell, can have big cool downs or have certain time of usage.
The same device allows you to remotely fix 20% of the generator or something among those lines to not make it only Infected use.
Item: Shotgun from @leaden hollow
Should bring in the shot gun close range 50, mid range 25-35 damage, long range 15 damage and have about 6 shells for it would be fun

An item which the player can inject himself with. This gives the player a shot of adrenaline(or some magic drug type shit) which gives the player enhanced attributes and allows the player to fight back(can push infected off if they hit a very hard QTE or something, some sort of aggressive fight counterplay). This item does not affect infected players at all as their body has built an immunity to it due to the infection but they can still inject themselves to not raise suspicion.
An item that shows In-Between progress from @livid cloud
I believe that the fact that players cannot see In-Between's progress is good, however I believe that allowing them to view this progress can be useful and create strategies for the innocent.
I believe this check could be done in several ways, interacting with an already interacted weak point, some map interaction like the computer that shows the role. However, I believe that the best way would be with a consumable item that would allow you to see In-Between's progress at that moment.
What is your suggestion?
Create a consumable item for the store that will have some charges, maybe 3, where when used it will reveal the progress of In-Between at that time of use.
How could this suggestion work?
You would have some charges of this item, and when using it it would reveal the progress at that moment, so if it is at 50%, it would reveal 50%, if it is at 27.7%, it would reveal 27.7%, and so on. It cannot be used if it is already in In-Between.
Why would this suggestion benefit the game or players?
I believe this would bring more dynamics and strategy to the game, for the innocent, to know how much risk they can take if they are close to getting the key, and also to have information about other suspicious players. As for the infected, knowing when they will be able to attack and being able to bluff about progress to create traps.

This item will have multiple uses:
Utility for infecteds: So if an infected uses it on their teammate he will appear innocent to the scan.
Utility for inno:If innocent uses on an infected will make them lose all their abilities including transforming for that round , if used on a innocent nothing happens, so you gotta be carefull with it.
This item has a huge payoff if utilized correctly.
Will be available on second round.
I think this item would be an intresting mechanic that would bring alot of fun cenarios
The Game Master's ring from @mellow igloo
a small ring that once belonged to the Game Master's mother who was killed in the First Game. When equipped allows the player to do a fast dash/teleport forewards. Good in gunfights or when trying to escape a terror. Comes with a lenghty cooldown.
Placeable camera from @mellow igloo
A small camera with a sticky back. Can be stuck onto walls and objects. Only the player who placed the camera is allowed to view what the camera sees. Other players can destroy the camera by dealing enough damage to it, but the owner will be notified of this.
Findable melee weapon (Axe?)
Just like now you can find shotgun(on D1) as an alt ranged weapon, maybe you can find an axe/sledgehammer or heavy damage melee item. One hit down (unless person is wearing armor) (maybe also wide swing radius) but swings slow and gets broken in a couple hits so you only have 2-4 uses.
potential secondary use (for heavy melee item) can be breaking down hidden areas of the map to get hidden items/collectibles. maybe behind rotten wooden planks or an old door. there should be multiple of these hidden areas throughout the map, and some of them should have nothing, so players cannot know immediately where to find the hidden stuff through experience or youtube vids.
Item Upgrades from @wanton horizon
Adding item add-ons will make the game more fun, and will give more edge to play styles. Only one is usable, you cannot use more at the same time, and these upgrades are limited to only 2 items, so choose wisely. youre a light player? you can choose flash, camera and adrenaline/sanity, but you will never know when youre going to need the other ones.

- malevolent-can place mask on other people there are more to be added.
*Walkie-talkie * - encryption-a way to have a stable, interception-free communication between 2 players. both players having the add-on is not mandatory, only one person should have it. to establish the encryption, the person with the add-on will have to show the walkie talkie to another person. on the screen, there will be a code. the walkie talkie will have a prompt, which asks the code.
- clip- walkie talkie can be attached to the chest. by pressing a hotkey, the walkie talkie will transmit audio without having it in the hands, also letting you defend yourself during the night or to hunt down the impostor.
- megaphone-the walkie talkie will be used as a tannoy. single use (until mouse button isnt pressed anymore)
*CCTV Tablet * - cloud-tablet will show cameras in high resolution
- reflex-instantly switch camera view
- active breaker-cctv will display notification of camera being broken
*Muzzle * - cold-steel-item will last longer
- jaw clench-when muzzle is used, the muzzled person will not be able to hear for 10 seconds
- brain freeze-muzzled person will not be able to use chalkboard
Suggestion for heat goggles to not be reintroduced back into the game, the removal of heat goggles has allowed everyone to communicate more. The games are a lot more enjoyable.
New Items
Wooden boards and hammer: can be used to patch 1 broken wall.
Antidote: Can be used when someone is grabbed to either detransform the infected and make the invisible for a few seconds or stun them making the drop the player grabbed.
Tazer gun:
- Shoot a player from far range
- They will drop right away and can’t move
- Their screen will go into ‘black out’

Bring back Antidote from Deceit 1 - use a needle containing antidote to kill someone if you think their infected. It kills humans, infected and cursed and only has one use
Reach a certain Lisa level to receive blood tracker - blue red siren, and phone security camera item
I think having character level based items which can also be used on other characters will allow everyone to try out every item

Sanity Pills. I feel like having 1 sanity item is just not enough cause if you have to pop it in the first in between if you go low sanity again you’re dead. I don’t think sanity pills should regenerate all your sanity but enough to live getting grabbed and it should be it applies over time so 6 or 7 sanity regained over 10 seconds is fair. (Thx @grim rune)
Signal Jammer: This handy item, intended primarily for infected or cursed, can help keep pesky survivors off your trail. This device can be used up to 3 times before depletion, and each time will disrupt or nullify the effects of Bag Scanners, Heat Goggles, Trackers, Cameras and Inspection Machines used on you for 30 seconds, or until the item is manually deactivated or removed from the inventory. This device does not work during the In-Between, and any time left will be cut short once the reality phase ends.
Pistol ammo. 9 additional bullets.
Tracking Dart Gun:
Like player tracker it tracks the player position for a certain amount of time, it deals 5 or 0 damage on hit. Innocents can use it for those terrors that just seem to keep getting away during reality phase.

Lethargy Trophy:
Placeable item that resembles an ancient relic. Has AOE ability that slows everyone within its range including person who placed it. Can be destroyed with 4 shots from pistol or less but I do think it should be able to be destroyed. It lasts 40 seconds after placing or until destroyed. Good for PVP or cutting off pathways for people to run from you. Let’s days you have someone in the back corner of the map there’s a left path and right path you can place the trophy on the left then chase right or vice versa.
Earmuffs that make you deaf, like the muzzle but for hearing.
Im just gonna make this short and sweet shotgun and lethal injection back. Some new ideas heart beat sensor and a flame thrower or blow touch and fire crackers last but not least possibly a trip wire for doors ik we have flash bangs but this trip wire works on any role
Body Armour
It gives you 50 more health with a blue-ish tab.
Punches / Knuckles / Pistol shots can affect it, gas granade only affect your normal HP

One and done but it can be maybe like a nano tech armour which repairs a bit
The idea of it not "healing" but having multiple charges to refresh it with an animation of similar mechanics to bandages are attractive to me.
Add a taser that could stun the killers in the night like the camera does and in the day stop the player in there tracks for 2-4 seconds and has 3-4 charges/reloads with a blue electric shock stun animation with 3-5m effective range
Cure Serum
- You gain ability to increase close players Sanity Level +100. (Same range as handcuffs). (Even, if they already have full sanity, so its not that clear who is infected)
- Can be used on yourself, but only gives +25 Sanity.
(Works in both Day and In-Between Phases.)
Maybe, rework Sanity Serum so you can share it with others.
- You gain ability to increase close player's Sanity Level +50.
- If used on others, can only be used in Day Phase. (Players may lie about their Low Sanity, so it forces others to make a decision. "Do i give him my Serum or not?")
Optional: You can only take one of the Serums per game.
I fully agree with rework with sanity to use on others, I find myself not needing mine quite a lot, to the point I’ve stopped picking them up
Pain Killers
Restores your sanity +1 for every second till 75
Wouldn't that be antipsychotics? And unless it uses charges I think it needs more sanity than the syringe to balance the delay tbh

A gas mask would be cool, with it having a filter that only lasts so long having it on. Would be good for throwing on in sticky situations. & the pepper spray & taser ideas would be awesome!! Especially if it's a shootable taser, possibly even used on both humans & terrors with limited ammo.
I get that in this game it is easier for the innocent to win, but I get a lot of bad luck to where if I am innocent hardly anyone does tasks but me. Then when I get infected it seems like everyone does tasks. What about an item that you can only get if you do 25 tasks in a game? It'd be like a golden gun that has the warden effect, and if you kill an infected with it it disappears from your inventory. Or it could only have 1 shot that instakills and if ya miss the shot that's it.
I have a good idea for a item that can be added to the game. I think that you can add an item, that can uncuff somebody. That could prevent people from getting cuffed for no reason. Like some sort of a key.

Placeable video cameras that require the CCTV tablet would definitely promote survivor's to work together but I believe it may be too broken so probably make it not work in the inbetween
A key to unlock chains and whatnot but not muzzles. Muzzles don't have a lock
A sanity item that reduces Sanity loss rather than only having a full heal syringe
So this could either be a new item all together or an added effect to cuffs.
But the ability to cuff two people together. They can walk together in the same direction. You could either purposfully cuff yourself to someone else or cuff two different people together.
This could prove the innocence of one or two people if two terrors are seen on screen at once while these two are cuffed. Even if one dies. Because terrors can't transformed while cuffed. It is a risk. But the upside to this, one handed items could still be utilized, allowing limited defense against the infected if they are attacked. You could even make it a magical effect where whatever one person does to themselves, it effects the other, so if one pops a adrenaline rush, it also helps the other one. If one uses a insanity shot, the other also gets healed, allowing for them to both get healed twice if needed. If one is picked up by a infected, the cuffs are broken.
Or, make it so they are unable to be grabbed due to being too heavy so they can't be downed, but they aren't able to do any tasks and it forces them two together for a short period but allows them prove their innocence maybe. But if no terrors, or only one shows up at all, it may also make them look sus.
Item name: the rope
As if it were the cowboy era you can use a rope which you can use so that the player you catch can take him wherever you want and with this he cannot move or get out of it with this rope you can force someone to go to that place or let it not escape from your hands, in addition to being able to use it to force the trapped player to do something like scanning someone or scanning the psychiatric hospital, there are many possibilities with the rope apart from the fact that it only has a single use with which you have 30 seconds in which the survi is trapped and after time passes the survi escapes.
