For some weird reason, I can't view my FBI file in the game, as it always says I don't own the game. Someone gifted me the game, but I own it and have played for a week, so I have no idea what's happening

If your Steam profile is Private or Friends-only, you won't see anything on FBI Files and you appear as you do not own the game.

For EGS, I have no idea.

You also need to have your Game details set to public
