I have exactly the same issue.
The good news is, u can fix that by removing the Beardlib folder(if u had Beardlib installed)
The bad news is... Well it's quite obvious isn't it🫠

I got 2 crash depending on the mission selected, either the same as you or the one mentioning min_mission_xp

installing the small mod proposed fixes the issue 😉

Quick update: Did you ever happen to install a mod called Bringbackbessy?
Looks like it's the main culprit that keeps crashing my game, at least for me
