Which you can access by doing win + r > type in %localappdata% > looking for the “PAYDAY2” file and it’ll be in there
But judging that you guys are crashing on the White House, it’s gonna be a out of memory (OOM) crash, which you can easily fix by lowering texture quality to medium, since Payday 2 is a 32bit game and it can only handle 4gb of ram no matter what
